In a grim, dystopian future, a mysterious and deadly plague known as ‘Black Cough’ spreads across the world, leaving entire cities in ruin. Amid the devastation, a young medic named Lena, who lost her family to the plague, works with a group of survivors in one of the last quarantined cities. Rumors spread of a hidden lab that once worked on a cure before being overrun by the infected. Desperate to save her city and stop the Black Cough, Lena embarks on a perilous journey to find the lab and recover the lost research.
