NEUROBANGERZ, Vol, 11 - DVS | Neurofunk Drum & Bass Mix

The observatory had recorded eleven stars disappearing before its roof began to bend. Beyond the shattered telescope, an enormous moth clung to the dome, its wings plated with tarnished iron and its antennae dragging sparks across the lightning rods. Each night it unfolded another section of its armour. Beneath the plates, pale shapes pressed against a membrane stretched tight as a drum. The last astronomer found the missing stars inside its abdomen, burning in rows behind translucent flesh. He opened the emergency shutters, hoping daylight would drive it away. Instead, the creature lowered its wings over the entire hill. Dust poured through the vents, coating every instrument in grey scales. The telescope turned without a hand upon it and aimed at the sun. Outside, the moth began to feed. Inside, the star charts caught fire one constellation at a time.
